As flexible packaging continues to grow in the global packaging industry, traditional vacuum-based automated systems often face issues like failed gripping, deformation, and even stoppages, resulting in reduced productivity and product loss. Our newly launched suction cups offer an innovative solution to these challenges.

Our suction cups feature a specially designed flexible silicone lip, which can adapt to the irregular surfaces of various bagged materials, preventing deformation and dropping during the vacuum process. Additionally, the internal plastic insert prevents bagged materials from being sucked into the suction cup, making it especially suitable for packaging thin film materials, such as plastic bags and food packaging. The special vacuum flow regulator further increases the working speed of the suction cups, significantly improving the efficiency of production lines.

A customer using our suction cups reported that after switching to the new cups, their packaging line’s picking speed increased to 40 cycles per minute, completely eliminating the issue of dropped bags and greatly boosting productivity.
